About Pial Khadilla
Pial is a woman empowerment coach passionate about developing and nurturing young female talent to leadership positions in the public sector. She believes that the identification and nurturing of talent among women is critical for the future of global business and society in the 21st century.
Her calling came when she went through a painful divorce and the experience did not just teach her many life lessons but exposed our flawed judicial system and regulatory environment.
Today, Pial is on a mission to propagate a thousand female Societal Shapers in the public sector to push for meaningful and systemic change in the ASEAN region by 2030.
